Santiago Bernabéu – Santiago Bernabéu (Spanish: Estadio Santiago Bernabéu) is a football stadium located in Madrid, Spain, and is the home ground of Real Madrid. Its previous name was Estadio Chamartín. The stadium was inaugurated in December 1947, and was originally called “Estadio Chamartín”, but Real Madrid adopted its current name, named after the club’s president, Santiago Bernabéu, in January 1955. The first match held at the stadium was between Real Madrid and Belenenses from Portugal. Total capacity – 81,044
